  I feel the management need to remind checkout staff that not all customers are what they seem. Some like myself have physical and mental health problems. My checkout experience today was horrendous. The member of staff was miserable and no help at all. My groceries were piling up as I was unable to keep up and at no point did she offer to help just kept piling it up. I became very anxious sweating profusely but still no offer of help . She just repeatedly asked for payment. Surely you cannot condone such disgusting lack of customer service. Unfortunately my normal lady is on holiday as she is so cheerful and helpful. I will not return until I know she is back.
